Allison Pregler Bio

Allison Pregler is a reviewer who tackles Z-grade film generally within the martial arts or horror genre, which is roughly comparable that of The Cinema Snob but tending towards dumb action flicks and a morbid enjoyment of these films. Her first review was in 2009, gaining some respect on the forums of Channel Awesome under the old username Obscurus lupa. In 2010 she joined in the Channel Awesome Family. At the beginning of 2015, she joined the site when Obscurus Lupa Presents changed into Movie Nights. She hosts two podcasts on the channel. Both cover the Charmed series, and are hosted by Phelous. After a controversial departure from Channel Awesome Allison officially announced on January 20th 2015 that she'd be revamping OLP into an impromptu review show called Movie Nights with an appropriately-shlocky elevator jazz theme.
